2025 — A Year That Taught Me Community Always Wins

2025 was a deeply emotional and fulfilling year for me, shaped by community-driven success, meaningful connections, and personal loss. From celebrating the anniversary of CDstories.in and witnessing the strong bonds formed through shared stories, to launching Rainbowprompts.com which quickly gained love and participation from the community, the year reinforced my belief that community always comes before individual success. At the same time, the sudden loss of my dear friend Ananda Anand (Nandhini) reminded me of the fragility of life. Fulfilling my long-held dream of starting a community-focused e-commerce platform added to the year’s milestones. As I look ahead to 2026, I carry gratitude, hope, and a renewed commitment to serving the community with love, acceptance, and purpose.

As I look back at 2025, my heart feels heavy and happy at the same time. It was truly a roller-coaster year, filled with love, learning, togetherness, success, and an irreplaceable loss. Some moments made me smile deeply, some shook me to the core, but every experience shaped who I am today.

On November 24th, 2025, I completed another beautiful anniversary of CDstories.in. Even though I have been running my website for almost five years now, this anniversary felt very special. The response from the community was overwhelming, and once again it proved a simple truth I strongly believe in — community always wins over individual contribution.

CDstories.in did not just remain a website. It became a meeting place of hearts. Through stories, comments, emails, and messages, I met so many like-minded people virtually. Some shared their journeys openly, some sent heartfelt mails, and a few even trusted me enough to share their mobile numbers to stay connected. Those moments gave me immense emotional satisfaction. It made me realise that what we are building together is far bigger than any single effort.

After many deep conversations with my sister Sowmya sweeti, Ananda Anand (Nandini), and Bindu Madhavi, a strong thought took shape in my mind — whatever I do going forward should help our community in one way or the other. That thought became the foundation for a new journey.

As I close this chapter of 2025, I feel grateful for the opportunities to serve, the people I met, and the lessons I learned. At the same time, my heart remembers the pain of losing a good friend. Joy and sorrow walked together this year, reminding me how fragile and beautiful life is.

On November 25th, I launched Rainbowprompts.com with the same spirit of inclusiveness and creativity. What happened next truly surprised me. Within just one month, more than 200 users registered, and 800+ prompts were shared by contributors. The traction, encouragement, and love shown by the community reassured me that when intentions are genuine, support naturally follows.

Usually, I share the success stories of my platforms after a month, once things settle. But just when the time came to celebrate Rainbowprompts.com, life had other plans. The sudden demise of my dear friend Ananda Anand (Nandhini) shook me deeply. I was not in a mental space to share any success or joy. The loss left a void that words cannot fill. Because of that, I decided to keep the celebration aside. Maybe someday in the future, I will share the full joy of Rainbowprompts.com with all of you — because it truly deserves it.

One more long-held dream finally became reality in 2025. I always wanted to start an e-commerce platform exclusively for our community. It was in my mind for years. Finally, on October 2nd (Vijaya Dasami), I made it happen. The journey was not easy. Proper company registration and government paperwork alone took nearly four months, but every effort felt worth it.

The happiness I received through feedback from my sisters made my day — truly. I sold a couple of wigs, and all the breast forms were sold out. But more than sales, what touched me deeply was the trust and appreciation from the community. I clearly realised one important thing — if we offer good service and maintain quality, our community will always welcome initiatives with love and respect.

As I close this chapter of 2025, I feel grateful for the opportunities to serve, the people I met, and the lessons I learned. At the same time, my heart remembers the pain of losing a good friend. Joy and sorrow walked together this year, reminding me how fragile and beautiful life is.

Looking Ahead to 2026 — With Hope and Gratitude

As I close the chapter of 2025, I do so with gratitude, humility, and hope. This year gave me reasons to smile and reasons to pause, but above all, it strengthened my purpose.

I sincerely hope 2026 blesses all of us with:

  • Good health
  • Financial stability
  • Acceptance from our families
  • And many happy dressing sessions, allowing us to explore our femininity with confidence, pride, and joy

Thank you for being part of this journey.

Thank you for trusting, sharing, and growing together.

With love, gratitude, and hope

— From my heart to our community...your loving sister..Meghana Dixit
