Part 5 – The Naughty Me

Happy Women's Day

This is the story of a young man who got a new job in a tech company in Vizag. A mistake happens from HR side and it was updated in the oragnisation records as Isha instead of Ishan. He takes this mistake as an opportunity and enters office as a female and how the series of events turns into his favour with the help of his collegue Sneha and he got opportunity to be part of women's day celebrations is the plot of this story...

As I glanced at my ID card resting on the table, a wild idea sprang to mind. What if I ventured to the office? It being the weekend, the office would likely be deserted. Recalling Vanitha madam's casual remark about wearing a saree to work, a daring plan took shape in my mind. Embracing the notion, I resolved to step into the office as Isha.

I swiftly packed my essentials, stowing away my laptop in my handbag alongside my makeup kit. Slipping into a pair of elegant matching sandals, I stepped out of my room, feeling a surge of excitement tinged with nervousness. Opting against using my bike, I hailed an Uber auto and embarked on my unconventional journey to the office.

Arriving at the office building, I approached the reception with trepidation, half-expecting to be questioned about my unorthodox attire. However, to my relief, the receptionist merely glanced at my ID card tag before nodding in acknowledgment. With a sense of exhilaration, I boarded the elevator, exchanging greetings with a fellow passenger who offered a friendly "good morning."

Upon reaching the sixth floor, I made my way to my desk, heart pounding with a mix of anticipation and exhilaration. Settling in, I delved into my tasks, the familiar rhythm of work helping to quell my nerves. When hunger pangs struck, I seized the opportunity to break for lunch, temporarily abandoning my work to sate my appetite in the cafeteria.

Seated at a secluded corner table, I savored each bite of my meal, relishing the freedom of being authentically myself. Pausing between bites, I couldn't resist capturing the moment with a series of selfies, each snapshot serving as a testament to my newfound sense of liberation.

With my hunger satisfied and my spirits soaring, I returned to my desk, invigorated by the thrill of my clandestine adventure. As I resumed my work, a newfound sense of confidence coursed through me, buoyed by the knowledge that I had dared to defy convention and embrace my true identity, if only for a fleeting moment.

Me: *Lost in concentration, typing away furiously on my keyboard*

*Suddenly, a hand rests on my shoulder, sending a jolt of nerves coursing through my body.*

Me: *Startled, I whirl around to see Sneha standing there, a curious expression on her face.*

Sneha: Hey, who are you? What are you doing in our office?

Me: *Caught off guard, I stumble over my words, unsure how to respond.*

Sneha: *Examining my ID card* Ishan, is that you? Oh my goodness, I didn't recognize you! You look stunning!

Sneha said don't worry, I won't say a word. You look beautiful, Ishan. Now I understand why you wore nail polish that day.

Me: *Panic rising* Sneha, please don't tell Vanitha madam. I can't afford to lose my job.

Sneha: Don't worry, I won't say a word. You look beautiful, Ishan. Now I understand why you wore nail polish that day.

Me: *Feeling a mix of relief and embarrassment* Thank you, Sneha. You're too kind.

Sneha: *Teasingly* Look at you, blushing like a schoolgirl! So, what brings you here?

Me: *Taking a deep breath, trying to regain composure* I, uh, just wanted to...

Sneha: *Interrupting* Join me for some shopping, perhaps? I forgot my power bank and decided to swing by the office before hitting the shops.

Me: *Flustered* But how can I come along like this?

Sneha: Why not? You look absolutely stunning! Come with me for saree shopping. You seem to have an excellent taste in sarees.

Me: *Surprised* How do you know?

Sneha: I can tell just by looking at you. Your saree draping skills are impeccable. Even I struggle to drape it so elegantly, my dear.

Me: *Grateful for her kindness* Thank you, Sneha. That means a lot.

Leaving the office, we head to CMR shopping mall for saree shopping. As we browse, Sneha observes me quietly, her gaze filled with admiration. Sitting together, she leans in and whispers.*

Sneha: You carry yourself in a saree with such confidence and grace. I'm impressed. Could you teach me?

*Blushing furiously, I nod, touched by her request.*

Sales Girl: Good afternoon, madam. What type of sarees are you looking for today?

Me: Could you please show us some Kanjivaram silk sarees or Uppada silk sarees? It's for her sister's wedding.

Sneha: Wow, Isha, you really know your sarees!

Me: *Smiling modestly*

Sales Girl: Of course, madam. Right this way.

*Sneha tries on several sarees, and the sales girl eagerly awaits our feedback.*

Sneha: *Excited* Isha, what do you think?

*I offer my opinions, helping Sneha choose the perfect sarees for the occasion.*

Sneha: *Turning to the sales girl* Can you drape a saree on Isha too?

Me: *Taken aback* Oh, no, that's not necessary. I don't need to buy a saree right now.

Sneha: *Insisting* It's a gift from me. Plus, you'll need something for my sister's wedding next month in Hyderabad.

Me: *Reluctant at first, but eventually agreeing to Sneha's persuasion*

*The sales girl begins draping a cool blue saree on me, and I examine myself in the mirror. I quite like it, but the sales girl isn't finished yet. She continues to try different sarees and styles on me.*

*After some deliberation, I end up selecting a beautiful blue saree.*

*Sneha handles the payment, and we leave the mall, hopping into an auto to a nearby restaurant for dinner.*

*In the cozy ambiance of the restaurant, we enjoy a candlelit dinner, savoring our meal and engaging in light conversation.*

Sneha: How do you manage to look so stunning, Isha?

Me: *With a smile* Practice makes perfect, Sneha.

Sneha: You've truly mastered the art of femininity. Have you ever considered living life as a woman, welcoming a man into your world?

Me: Oh, no, Sneha. I'm just a crossdresser. I enjoy the feeling of being a woman, but I don't desire a man's companionship.

Sneha: I see. By the way, have you ever thought about coming to the office dressed as your true self? It's unlikely that anyone from other branches will visit without prior notice. You could give it a try if you want.

Me: *Feeling hesitant* I don't know, Sneha. What would Vanitha and the others think of me?

Sneha: Don't worry about that, Isha. I'll handle it.

Me: *Still uncertain* I appreciate your offer, but not right now. Maybe some other time.

After our dinner ended, I hailed a cab to drop Sneha off at her working women's hostel and then made my way back to my room. It had been a hectic day, full of unexpected adventures. As I settled in, I couldn't resist flipping through the numerous selfies we had taken throughout the day. With a grin, I began posting some of them as Instagram stories, capturing the fun moments we had shared.

Once I had finished updating my social media, I changed into a comfortable satin nighty and nestled into bed. The day's events replayed in my mind, bringing a sense of contentment and excitement for the experiences yet to come. Despite the uncertainties, there was a thrill in embracing my true self, even if just for a fleeting moment.

As I drifted off to sleep, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the friendship and support of Sneha. Her encouragement and acceptance had emboldened me to explore aspects of myself I had kept hidden for so long. With each passing day, I grew more confident in expressing my femininity, cherishing the moments of freedom and authenticity.

The soft glow of my phone illuminated the room as I scrolled through the memories captured in the day's photos. Each image held a story, a reminder of the joy and camaraderie shared with Sneha. Despite the challenges ahead, I felt a newfound sense of liberation, knowing that I was beginning to embrace my true identity.

As sleep enveloped me, I couldn't help but wonder what tomorrow would bring. With Sneha by my side, I felt ready to face whatever adventures awaited, knowing that I no longer had to hide who I truly was. With that comforting thought, I drifted off into a peaceful slumber, eager to see what the new day would unveil.
